Road Work Entertainment is proud to present
In February of 2011, after twenty years and over 5,900 shows, Road Work Entertainment president Johnny Buschardt has decided to take a two year sabbatical.
"The birth of my daughter, coupled with the rapidly changing entertainment industry, dictated a need to simply take some time off and recharge my batteries. While we will still be working with a few of our favorite artists, we will not be actively promoting concerts until 2012. We appreciate the support our customers have given us and we encourage you to continue to support music, comedy, and the arts. At this time, though, after averaging close to 100 shows a year in several different states, I simply need to take a bit of a vacation. Our goal was to have one million tickets sold and I'm happy to say that we have achieved it. I'd like to thank Tulsa, Wichita, Bartlesville, Fort Worth, Kansas City, and Vail, as well as all the other markets we have promoted in. Rest assured we'll be back in full force in the future, but after working for the last 25 years, I have finally decided to listen to my wife and enjoy life a bit while I still can. Thanks again and we'll see you around soon." - Johnny Buschardt
