1. How can I purchase tickets for a Road Work event?

Tickets for all Road Work events can be purchased in person, on the Internet, or over the phone. Tickets can be purchased in person and over the phone at the respective venue box office. All tickets may be purchased securely online as well.  For more information, please visit our tickets page. All ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the show for which the tickets were bought is cancelled. Unless otherwise noted, all shows will happen rain or shine.

2. Are any items prohibited at Road Work events?

Yes. The following list includes some of the prohibited items at a Road Work event:

  • Any and all recording devices (audio, video, or otherwise)
  • Any and all outside food and beverages
  • Any and all firearms
  • Any and all weapons
  • Any and all backpack, knapsacks, or other carrying devices

Road Work Entertainment provides security at all productions. Any one found to have any of the above listed items in his/her possession will be immediately escorted out of the venue and remanded to the proper authorities.

3. I'd like to get an autograph or meet an artist. Can Road Work help me?

Unfortunately, no. Road Work does not represent any artist and can not give out artist management or contact information. If you have a request, however, you can contact us and we will pass your request on to the proper person or agency.

4. I have a small child I would like to take to an event. Do I need a separate ticket?

Any child who can not remain in a parents lap or carry must purchase a separate ticket, regardless of age.

5. How can I contact Road Work Entertainment?

You can contact Road Work Entertainment through a variety of ways. They include:

  • E-mail: jb@roadworkok.com
  • Mail: Road Work Entertainment LLC, 905 West Toledo Circle, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012

6. How can I avoid the service charge on the tickets?

Unfortunately, the service charges are not determined by us. Some are determined by the venue, some are determined by the credit card companies, and some are determined by other agencies (such as those used to insure that all online purchases are secure). At Road Work, we keep the ticket prices as low as possible and unfortunately we are not able to waive the service charges. Service charges apply to all tickets purchased, whether online, over the phone, or in person. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

7. I have a special seating need. Does Road Work have special needs seating available?

Certainly. For every Road Work event, we have special needs seating available including wheelchair and handicapped accessible seating, limited mobility seating, and vision and hearing needs seating. In order to provide these specific seats for those with needs, all special needs seating must be purchased over the phone and not online. Simply inform your customer service representative at the time of your order and we will insure the proper seat is assigned to you.
