6.
How can I avoid the service charge on the tickets?
Unfortunately,
the service charges are not determined by us. Some are determined
by the venue, some are determined by the credit card companies,
and some are determined by other agencies (such as those used to
insure that all online purchases are secure). At Road Work, we keep
the ticket prices as low as possible and unfortunately we are not
able to waive the service charges. Service charges apply to all
tickets purchased, whether online, over the phone, or in person.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7.
I have a special seating need. Does Road Work have special needs
seating available?
Certainly.
For every Road Work event, we have special needs seating available
including wheelchair and handicapped accessible seating, limited
mobility seating, and vision and hearing needs seating. In order
to provide these specific seats for those with needs, all special
needs seating must be purchased over the phone and not online. Simply
inform your customer service representative at the time of your
order and we will insure the proper seat is assigned to you.
